Monserrate Palace
Sintra is filled with palaces and one of the prettiest to explore is the Monserrate Palace. We just about had the place to ourself. The palace is lovely but the gardens

How to Get Around in Sintra
Sintra is very hilly…..VERY! One of the ways to get from point A to B is by TUK TUK. These tiny vehicles (some are gas driven and others are electric) make for an adventurous ride….bombing around narrow winding cobble streets was so much fun! The drivers make the journey even more interesting.
