ahhhh……Southern France……wine, food, quaint villages, colourful landscapes and so much more.

I am off to Southern France with a group of sixteen…..our Great Escape features three nights in beautiful Avignon and then a week on the Rhone and Soane Rivers with Viking……c’est bon! Watch for more photos as our tour unfolds starting October 15th.

It’s the people we meet and interact with who make the difference on a Great Escape…like Ed – singer, story-teller from Grand Falls, like Kelly – manager of Canvas Cove Bistor in Twillingate, like Jennifer – owner of the Gailliott Studio in Woody Point (fantastic latte), Gary at the Crow’s Nest, The Sharecroppers, and Billy on the Bonne Bay Cruise out of Norris Point……and so many more…..even a mermaid!
