Here’s What Dave and Anne are doing in Florida
Not all Cyclopaths are basking in the sunshine…..Dave and Anne are busy doing “their thing”. Anne is an amazing carver and she can make any hunk of wood into a work of art. They picked up an old hydro pole on their way through South Carolina and Anne created a neat piece. Dave E is a writer and has published a few books online…here he is at the Author Showcase in Dunedin promoting his latest book. Wow!
So What Are You Doing This Winter
The Cyclopaths enjoy the winter months too! Here’s what some are up to !
What I Loved about the Galapagos
The Galapagos Adventure was truly that….an adventure! Who knew we’d be hiking on lava rocks, walking on black sand beaches, getting up close and personal with the wildlife, snorkelling in the Pacific (my very first time), rocking (and I mean rocking) at night to the waves of the sea, gliding through the mangroves in a panga, wet landings on the islands, climbing over crevices made thousands of years before, dining on great food, learning about the fragility of our beloved earth….and doing it all with a terrific group of real adventurers! There were lots of laughs, good times (some motion sickness and a few mishaps), new friendships made and old ones strengthened and above all……it made for wonderful memories.
With a Little Help from Friends
It has been a few weeks since returning to home from the Galapagos Islands…but the memories are fresh. Here are a few amazing photos from Renny, our naturalist guide and Mark, one of our fellow travellers…..

Memories of our “Mountains, Castles & Cruising”
In August 25 enthusiastic Great Escapers spent 10 days in Europe……We were first in Grindelwald, Switzerland for three nights and then enjoyed a fabulous cruise on the Rhine from Basel to Amsterdam! Amazing Great Escape.
